Are you talking about the depression that comes from losing a loved one, getting a divorce, bad news from the doctor? Because that’s not the same thing as a depression that comes for no reason, at various times, and last on and off for a lifetime! This type of depression doesn’t go away when your circumstances change for the better! This depression consists of severe fatigue, irritability(sometimes extreme), hypersensitivity, moodiness, anger, loss of interest in things you once enjoyed, isolation, avoiding friends, struggling mentally to focus...must I go on? Please clarify the difference, because it’s a huge one!
