Whoo! Don’t worry... I’m not crying... who said that? This definitely brought tears to my eyes because God works all things for the good. I’ve seen him him prove that theory so so so many times in my life and in my cousins’ lives. They suffer chronically from Lyme disease, but let me tell you this! I have never seen people more passionate about God’s grace and love! They have taken these times where they can’t leave the house, but have to sit in literally a dark closet, and they take these times to pray and to meditate on God’s word. God. Uses. Everything!!! And it is so beautiful

I glory in my Father because he has inspired you to share these words of absolute truth. It is so beautiful how our afflictions are eclipsed by glory. Always bask in that light and fire and love. In my struggles against depression, it is only when I live for the Living Christ that I am able to overcome. And He overcame the world! This put a huge smile on my face and gave me such a great feeling of gratitude for my life. Thank you for the plethora of awesome, eternal perspectives you’ve shared. Oh, when I think of what my God can do, and how He LOVES!

Mark such a great question... it’s a remarkable thing as we walk with our loving Father, cast our cares on Him, and have faith in Him... we find ourselves at great peace, filled with a carefree attitude as we live a life having fun with meaning. “You love him even though you have never seen him. Though you do not see him now, you trust him; and you rejoice with a glorious, inexpressible joy. The reward for trusting him will be the salvation of your souls.” 1 Peter‬ ‭1:8-9‬ Interestingly enough, it’s quite a thought that perhaps we as well as the apostles, when going through the hardest things in life, find our strength to get through these times... because of the JOY of the Lord. No. More like the Depression came knocking at the door, he accepted the package and later decided to return the package! :)
