I have been praying for him and for your entire family every day since I heard the news a few days ago. I love you all so much. There is always hope, Ben. Always. Even cancer is not too big for God. For almost ten years I have struggled with depression, anxiety, chronic pain, loss of family members, and hopelessness.This year has, without a doubt, been the hardest year of my life and has brought countless trials upon me and my family. Despite that, I have learned more, become closer to God, and grown in my faith more than in the rest of my years combined. This test is going to be my TESTimony. God also led me to find Hope Generation this year, which has been one of the greatest blessings. I was suicidal before I found you and the first message of yours that I heard "Some Thoughts on Job" made me reconsider and very well may have saved my life. I can't thank you enough.

This man brought me to the Lord. I mean I was already on a path leading to Him however when I was half and half, (one day drinking and listening to metal, one day at church)pastor Ben and his quirky jokes with his intelligence really as bad as it may sound, made the Bible more appealing to me. God bless you and your family Pastor Ben Courson. P.S. I still listen to metal but no longer drink. Any advice on whether or not this is okay as a Christian, hope gen? In no way shape or form does it glorify God but I play guitar my whole life and I love a variety of music. Any inquiry on this would be helpful.
