If course the lack of a Family structure and support system as well as the responsibility for individual education and choices are the true reasons. Poverty does not typically prevail in Two Parent homes and immigrants who migrate to America prove that those are to absolute facts.

No denying that there is racial & gender discrimination in society & thus in healthcare, but I also want to see SES & Ed. Level stats. Asides from acute bacterial/viral/fungal disease, daily health & well-being is everyone's personal responsibility & starts with self-care: diet, exercise, sleep, & stress-managment via healthy coping mechanisms.
