this is the best and most motivational talk on ted x I have ever heard I don't understand how only such a few people have heard it it should be listened by everyone who wants to have a higher purpose in life and want to prove themselves . who wants to achieve something big. such true words: you don't achieve your goal unless you have a propose behind it. and that propose should be mighty, meant for the betterment of the world and not just superficial

Ironically I read an article recently that said many of our problems today are caused by the fact that people think they should be somebody special. No one is satisfied to live and ordinary live and work an ordinary job. We all want to be high achievers etc.

Can loneness be part of mental illness as I feel like it is, i feel so overwhelmed almost most of the times, I also try to commit suicide a few times. I'm so lonely I have one friend but no close friends I can truly open up to. The one friend I have isn't a good listener, not saying she isn't a good person she is, but listening isn't part of her thing. I look very normal outside but inside I feel so alone I just feel like giving up at times.

Find strangers just like what she said. I think you are giving your friend too much credit. She is not a good friend because she does not listen meaning your the listener and she is unloading on you. A friendship is a two way street. Find a stranger and I hope it leads you to a good friend.

Pakistan never reveal mental health is something I am familiar with mind over wealth , even if u have the wealth criteria no mother will feel comfortable with herself unless she has privacy and treatment over figure looks and inlaws , yes some mothers will use there kids to control relationships and in order to protect there brothers honour , pakistan needs to change its views on ego and honour when untreated postnatal leaves a child unprotected with de chemistry becoming there first 7 years of parent love over cultural awareness

Pakistani mothers should stop sharing past history and child birth weight as a way of belittling a man or woman child .

Here is the problem. Be yourself, and stop letting people define your value of life and things.
@StacyAnnBuchanan2 жыл бұрын
It is so much easier said than done...but I agree in staying grounded and not letting folks or your situation define you
