Dear, Output block doesn't affect the simulation. It is just for specific output request.

Hypermesh with Radioss solver. But such simulations can be perform in Ansys. Not only Ansys but also in Abaqus, LSdyna and many more.

Dear, The heat transfer or heat friction can be activated by Ithe=1in type 7 contact. As the Ithe is kept 1 you can see that the frictional heating factor, Fheat, is active in the card.

Dear, May your velocity is High enough to deform disc radially..if u feed random value. Also make sure material, geometry and load should have unit consistency. Sometimes its happen material we consider in MKS unit and geometry, velocity unit we assume in mm, ton, sec unit..! Rectify it.

sir i have a doubt in real life condition friction force stops the wheel as F=(nu)N but here we are not defining any normal load just giving the displacement . how the software is converting displacement into load or does it mean there is infinite load?

Dear, when brake plate and brake shoe will be in contact a pressure force will generate on both..that can be calculate by software. By that normal force can be calculated and hence frictional force.
