Well if the battery health is all over the place, then the results are completely irrelevant. Replace them all, make sure to pick the batteries from reliable supplier (for example ifixit) and do 4 full cycles, only then you can test Also make sure to enable dark mode, everyone nowadays has oled screen (except crappy XR and 11) and it saves battery.

I tested it and got arround 9 hours with automatic brightness and with no gaming and I don’t know how this person even after gaming got arround 12 hours .
