Multiple brain injury survivor here. My first experience with vestibular therapy was exactly as awful as yours. Thankfully I found a practitioner with greater experience who DID adjust the pace to not exacerbate my symptoms... yes, slower... but it was then very helpful to my recovery. Loving your videos! Thx

This is an interesting area I haven’t explored in my TBI and chronic whiplash. Could well explain my random vertigo episode in a New York shop where it felt like I was on a boat in a storm, son found me bracing myself between a pillar and the shelves!! 😂
