Great interview!! Thank you. Still healing myself and after 6mos of no relief, I find myself on a slow rise up. So I appreciate the humility and honesty of Dr. Wilkins.

Dr. Roy Wilkins, I feel I have to acknowledging you and this video for the progress, that I know myself to be capable of making wrt my tbi. Thank you so much for giving me the hope - priceless!!! Eversince my t.b.i. - I have never slept the same - I am lucky when getting 3-4 hrs sleep, a night if I am lucky, then, fatigue, loss of drive, - I have retained my sense of humor - its my handbrake to the intersection of insanity... interestingly also on the positive side of the spektrum I am making the best grafic art since the t.b.i. - its the only thing keeping me motivated. thanks for giving me hope. I hope I manage to get back to my old self. the agression is however my achillis heal. I hope more than anything that sleep can cure that...

No one told me about changes in😅 TBI. I broke evrry bone on left eye 46:16 area crushed bone teeth sit 46:45 in. And⁹ broke both jaws.😮😮 When asked about damage they would tell me how lucky I was. I kept langue skills but have bad balance. Last yime saw a neuro he had me stand up beside me and I closed.my eyes or look up I just fall over am 70 and do not bounce anymore. He then said yep its from brain damage there is nothing I can do Don't come back I can't do a surgery and there is no medice to help I was crushed. Wish someone would pull one of my many CTs can't have MRI. BUT still have things popping up with age.but even the anger issues were not warned of I don't have aggression coz I pleaded with the Lord to please not let me be violent. But is it suppose to get worse with age I was 39 when accident occured am 80 now. Advise? Books. Other sourses like web sites.

Omg I wish he would just give some advice instead of going on and on and on about how sleep medicine is so incredibly interesting 🤨 I’m desperate for help. This is infuriating
