Dyson Corrale - my first impressions & test on frizzy hair

My first try of the Dyson Corrale straightener! I can't remember the last time I ironed my hair and I would really only do it for Dyson now. This video isn't sponsored - though i am part of the Dyson Beauty Squad. I wanted to do a raw test on my hair and give you my first impressions.

I think with the Corrale you’re supposed to move much slower along the hair than with ‘other’ straighteners. That might have achieved smoother results.

I agree - I was scared as I haven't straightened my hair in so long and I didn't want to wreck my curls! It was my first use and I'm making another video with it as I'm really loving it :)

I love your hair! I've got to be honest, I expected it to look less puffy after straightening it, could it be because it was only one or two passes through each section?

I agree. Maybe need slower passes? It was hard to tell how fast the passes really were because it was sped up?

Same. I saw @amanda_guido from Manes by Mell straightened her medium coarse thick curly hair with the Dyson corrale with only one pass and she got very nice results. Maybe she used the higher heat setting, I'm not sure. You might check out her instagram reel for more details.

I would've loved to see you do a couple more passes on each section. You got such impressive results with just pass through the straightener, I would love to see the results if you fully straightened your hair so that it's sleek.

You should go slower when you are flat ironing your hair. Also use a rat tail comb.

Your hair still looks puffy, it looks it needed another pass on ich section... your hair color is lovely!

The Kerastase Cimint Thermique is my favorite too! I have been using it for ten years. It’s awesome! I have hair with same texture as yours and I also like to bleach it. Love your videos :)
