Dyson DC04 Cable Repair/Donut Removal (and a light service!)

I had a rather special Dyson DC04 in for repair, and thought I would show you the damage the old Dyson strain relief 'Donut' can do! We'd best give it a little service too whilst we are here...

What a classic Dyson design something designed to make the vacuum more durable made it less durable. Glad we never got these donut things here in the US.

Not sure actually. Probably, knowing Dyson and Charity, but I've not seen them in catalogue etc.

i love my 04. it needs a new clutch belt and drive belt but i dont wanna do it as im afraid ill brake my 04
