My short term memory can be abysmal especially remembering instructions or details. I have used the technique where you change something like turning the ornament around so you remember to do something since I was a kid, very useful. Good video.

yea I found out that I don't have a good short term memory at ask and then I found out it's to do with dyspraxia (only recently I found that dyspraxia effects memory). it's really annoying sometimes though but yea I found that doing something exact beside or with the object that your remembering like u said in the video really does help me a lot.

What I do with my things is when I am finished with things eg Kees is I leave them in my bag and now I only take one bag with me every where day so that I know where everything is and I have a bag rack to I can hang my bag on the back of my door and it will not get lost and I have key-chane on my bag so I know it is my bag because my brother and my mom has the same sort of looking bag/rock-sack also a good thing to have on your bag is a bag tag with you name on it so if ever you lose your bag or miss place it it is found and retuned to you or the person who has lost it

Thank you Bella, for sharing your insights into Dyspraxia :) it has inspired me to do the same. I hope you are doing well with University. I appreciate the video. I definitely find the most challenging aspect of the condition is the short memory span :) How about you, in addition to getting distractedby your 'sexy shoulder' haha :p What other aspects do you find challenging?

Hey Krystal !! I'm 22 going back to college on Monday .. I'm really annoyed I was meant to do GCSEs maths and English - retaking them due to being in hospital when I was in school , I had to do some exam questions to see if they where the right courses for me.well they turned around and said I have to do a course lower then GCSE .. But I do not think this is fair as I haven't been sleeping lately I can be up for a day or two with no sleep no I think that affected my result . What can I do to get them to let me do GCSEs ? I know my dyspraxia holds me back in maths abs memory . But I really want to do GCSEs and I'm embarrassed to tell my friends that I'm not good enough to do the GCSEs . It's really upsetting xxx💚❤️
