Unfortunately it's one of those archetypes that really needs a UR to do anything. It's not just bad, you literally can't play most of the cards without it. They should look at all of the "unplayable" packs after and if there's just one or two extra cards they need to craft.. Although Toons would be pretty much unbeatable in limited if you had Bookmark and Toon Kingdom.

What if you could use the dust you get from: Cards you don't play - to craft anything you want 5 Archers only playing 3. That's 20 SR towards a craft of your choice. That would also give the left side of the pack more value.
