Awesome video! Thanks for showing these two lenses off. I don’t see a lot of videos comparing them. 👍

I have the two MK’s and the image is superb. Never used the DZO but I like the way their primes look!

*Fujifilm MK 18-55mm was made for the fs7 and fs5 type cameras, not the fx line, since its a mft super 35 lens. Great review man! Basically trying to choose between these 2 for my fs7

Excellent comparison man. It's really cool the way you were able to hook everything up, I wish more reviews were done that way. Just got the XH2 and I have to admit, DZO has a major price advantage plus with the EF-mount it enables use with more of my cameras.

I agree the DZO being PL or EF is very nice. I with the Fuji was EF. Recently used both on a outdoor shoot and much prefer the look of the Fuji.

Different lens weights are not a problem at all. Just calculate the center of mass with one lens and then solve the equation with another slightly heavier or lighter lens after you have determined its center of mass. Very easy to do and it will give you an exact number of how many mm you have to move the camera in either direction to reach balance again. Another option would be to take the lighter lens and add external weights (a slim 3D printed ring that can take small incremental weights would be a professional option) to achieve the same weight and same center of mass. Doesn't have to be rocket science... center of mass shifts slightly anyways when changing zoom an focus. All you need is the lens(es), a kitchen scale and a measuring tape or a basic ruler. It can save you a ton of time and effort!

Different weights are not a problem but if you are on set and need to change lenses fast sometimes you don’t have a lot of time between takes to re rig your camera let a lone pull out a scale and tape measure. For sure something to consider when buying lenses.
