@@BC999 but gangai amaran lyrics were almost 99% hit and his composition for songs and those songs are almost getting hit vaazve mayam sattam mouna geedhagal etc these songs blockbuster hit and his directed movies also hit such as senbagame senbagame karakattakaran block-buster movie it runs for 1year and every one knows it whereas ilaiyaraja is only composer and ofcourse almost 99% his songs are hit no doubt in that but he was not multi-facenated like his brother gangai amaran . ofcourse gangai amaran done Less number of movies but what he has done so far every thing was hit and ilaiyaraja has got cruel mind jealous person where as gangai amaran pure hearted person
