When the manufacturer is literally afraid to even.list the range or speed you know it's an epic rip off.
@OOMAN

@@mikesaundersnyc5200 If you believe the range published by manufacturers, you’re a fool. Range is very subjective. They may rate the range with a 100# woman, riding down hill with the wind at her back. Not going to be the same as a 200#+ guy riding in the hills. Then whiners come around bitching about how they didn’t get the range that was published! “Manufacturer is a liar!!! Wahhhhh!!!” I got up to 37mph on flat ground, paved street, power only, no pedaling. Ran 40 mile routes on flatish land, pedal assist, and still had more than 50% battery life at the end. What’s the battery life? How much do you weigh, how hard are you riding/accelerating, what kind of ground are you riding on(paved, dirt, mud, sand?), how much pedal assist are you using, how fast are you going, what else are you loading it up with? To paraphrase an old saying…..better to be thought an idiot,than to start typing and prove it…..🤣🤣🤣

Love my Super Monarch Crown. Best high quality cargo EMTB for the money. I used mine for hunting antelope in north central Nevada in 2023 and it performed very well, allowing me to cover many miles for scouting.

I don't know how I can post a picture here, but if you need one, email me at oomanfema5@gmail.com. The controller is the black rectangular box located behind/mounted on the vertical seat post and the rear fender, . The heat sinks go on either side of that box (one on the left side, one on the right side. I'll be happy to send you a picture if you still need one!

That’s awesome! There aren’t too many videos out there, so I thought I’d make some to help them get their name out. Chris P Bacon has had his Super Monarch for almost 2-years, rides it almost every day, and loves it. No problems that I know of. Don’t forget to use the OOMAN100 Discount Code for an additional $100 off. Let me know if you get one!

Questions: how do the batteries operate during a ride? In other words, do they drain simultaneously? Can you ride with one or the other via some switch or setting in the monitor? Does the bike have a battery blender; if so, where is it on the bike? Can you charge them both at once, on the bike? Beautiful bicycle. Must be totally fun to ride with a motor at each wheel. Thanks for posting.
@OOMAN
@OOMAN 7 ай бұрын
I believe it uses both batteries simultaneously regardless of front, rear, or both wheel drive. There is a charging port on the bike frame that allow you to charge both batteries simultaneously. The bike has been a blast, great on all kinds of surfaces, will go up or down just about anything I can handle (I as the rider, am the limiting factor!), and always gets lots of questions/compliments.

First time I saw an E-Cells was when I visited Cris P Bacon down in Florida last year. I never saw a 2 wheel drive e-bike before. He said he liked it much better than his old one because it rides great in dry/loose sand, and will go up crazy hills!

I've researched endlessly and this one is a BEAUTY!!!!! the price tho :(
@OOMAN
@OOMAN 2 жыл бұрын
The price is a tough nut to swallow, but high quality e-bikes are not cheap When you take into consideration that you're getting high quality components, twice as many motors, twice as many batteries, and the insane range that comes with it, I understand why they are 50% more than many of their "off-road" competitors. Heck, there are 750w & 1,000w single wheel drive bikes that run upwards of $7k, that don't have the capability or range of these! The customer service has been absolutely fantastic, which is much more than some of my friends have said about the companies they bought their bikes (or previous bikes) from. Haven't found a hill this can't climb! I run out of guts/skill before this runs out of ability! Bottom line is, you get what you pay for. My son always says, when looking at quality vs. price, buy once cry once...

Customer service at eCells has been excellent. The only problem I have had was with the charger, when the cooling fan stopped working. They replaced it promptly, with no hassles! I also called a couple times with questions, and they called back promptly with answers. This is my first ebike, and I bought it after riding my friend’s last year. He had owned a couple before he bought the super monarch, and said it was heads and tails better than the others he previously owned. The eCells user group on Facebook is also very helpful. Full of a lot of smart folks that can give you pointers and suggestions,

Interesting video, thanks. I ordered the next one down (Super Monarch Crown) in matte black. I got that model B/C I didn't want the big headlight. I'm using mine for hunting here in Nevada or any other part of the mountain west I'll hunt in. We have many, many miles of trails near my home in Henderson, NV. Since Parumph, NV (home of E-Cells) is only 50 miles from me I'll pick my bike up there.

Wow, and wow. Wow #1 is for the video thumbnail and "coolness factor". Wow #2 is for the fact that you actually have one of these, although I have not yet watched the video, and I do not know if you have some of the "extras" that I saw listed on the company's web site a few moments ago, and it all started with attempting to get your email address. Anyway, Ooman, it seems that the tools and processes that John uses for his "The Zoo: / "SNL" has changed over the last few weeks, to say the least. A few weeks ago I was tuned into the show, participating in the chat, and I decided to send out an early version of a "collage in work", if you will, to John via email, during the show. He leaned forward to operate some computer or tablet, and said, while in the context near when he read and responded to my super-sticker question, "Hold on...", as he probably saw the email arrive, and decided to open it. It was a collage that has a few things, along with an some "faked to look top secret or confidential" announcement of Mr. Trump's choice of a VP running mate, and it had a picture of me in a suit from 1987 at DEC-World in Boston, sitting inside the Queen Elizbeth II guest cabin that I stayed in for a couple weeks, which was part of the perks with developing some custom software in very short order, actually 3 pieces of software for out High Performance Systems organization, but technically there were not going to be any "engineers" there. I was interviewed on TV UHF channel 56 by Howie Carr, and the screen-shot of my 8-large-computer-system EKG/CPU-Moniitor was show on national TV to close out the news, as nothing like that ever happened in Boston before, where cruise ships were brought in, since there were not enough hotels in the area to accommodate the (Approx.) 80,000 planned attendees. Anyway, I built a couple e-bikes, first a hard-tail, then a full-suspension. QUESTION: Do you wish to know more? Assuiming of course that your eyes did not tire-out before you got to the question... Thanks, _John_ (-,-)

Nice vid. Did you ever figure out what the single red light was for? Also , the double connector charger cable, how the heck does it connect to simultaneously charge batteries on the frame?
@OOMAN
@OOMAN 2 жыл бұрын
Single red light is an extra rear light you can mount on the seat post. The splitter cable is for charging the batteries when they’re off the bike. Single port on frame charges both batteries when on the bike.
@osos231
@osos231 2 жыл бұрын
@@OOMAN Thanks for the reply. I guess that's silly since you have thr rear light at the battery. But, then again, you can never be too safe with lighting. On the charger, I did see the frame charger port but still wasn't sure if the rear battery was connected to it. Makes sense now, thanks for clarifying! The instructions that came with it definitely need improvement. You're more helpful than the instructions.

@@OOMAN As an Ebike rider I know those stated ranges matter. I've had ebikes and scooters. Few riders use them solely for mountain biking. They use them on flatter ground as well. And they can figure out the difference in range without a page full of b.s. calculations that mean way less than your avg stated range.
