Thts good u learnt Even me, for almost 7-8 yrs of marriage I cooked blant tasteless food(less oil, salt spice being health conscious). Then, u(husband n his family) gotta eat what I cook, coz neither did u(husband) learn cooking at home, also I was busy becoming a doctor than to learn cooking. So husband has no rights to argue!!! That was sad to read ur comment. Then came the daughter, owner of the house!! And demanded tasty food and I had to give in. 😂😂 Yet, cooking shudnt decide the healthiness of a relationship, either one can learn cooking.

I love south Indian food idli, dosa, idiappam, pongal, paniyaram, appam, sambar, rassam. In my days there in south India, I just couldn't enjoy the curries everyday, I mean the curry was good in taste for once a while, but not daily. I always felt over sourness, and couldn't get why so?? later I came know that in every curry tomato puree and tamarind juice both are used, sometimes mangos as well. Just keeping my opinion, not criticizing.
