You guys definately need to try the elf high definition loose powder it's amazing. I use it to set my makeup and it cancels out my pores and it lasts me throughout the whole day. I have normal to combination skin.

I use both the sheer and the corrective yellow. The corrective yellow to set my highlights like where people would use the ben nye banana powder and the sheer as an all over.

This is what I did. I didn't like the sparkles in the ELF under eye setting powder, plus it's so tiny and I love the all over setting powder your talking about, so I mixed them. I put 3 pots of the under eye setting powder in the 1 pot of all over face powder. Mixed em up and use that to set my under eye. Less sparkles but enough to blur the fine lines and it lasts way longer.

Well I am 60 and it didn't matter that it had sparkles. It worked beautifully. I also used the smaller brush and feel like it worked great for getting the powder into the lines under my eyes. I feel like a bigger brush would waste a lot of product. It doesn't crease on me even after hours of wear. The minimal shimmer that it has gives it a really nice brightening effect. Way to go, Elf!!!

This stuff is a godsend to me and my oily skin. It literally softens all my fine lines and prevents my concealer or foundation from sinking into them. Amazing stuff I don't really have to reapply throughout the day either.

i loooooooooove love love the under eye setting powder because i have dry skinwith bad undereye circles so it gives a lumi highlighted look which i like because its a great extra highlighting effect brighten the under eye area but thats just my preference

I tested this e.l.f. undereye powder last February. It had so much sparkle in it - it just wasn't going to work for me. I returned it! I'm 56, though, so drawing attention to the undereye area with sparkles isn't a good look for me. At the time, they didn't have a product without sparkles. I saw in the comments below that someone wrote e.l.f. has created two separate products for undereye - one with sparkles and one without. But on e.l.f.'s website I only see one undereye setting powder product.

Laura Mercier transluscent powder looks terrible underneath my eyes. I have dry under eyes and it makes them look very crepy and overly powdery, as if I have the Sahara desert living under my eyes.

I've been using the ELF Face powder for a while, my only issue with it is when baking your powder it will cast a white shadow when taking flash photography which is annoying, but for day-to-day use its great, would not recommend for oily skin though

Hi girls. This is the first time watching your video. I really enjoyed your wit! I just bought the Elf under eye powder just to try it. I figured $3.00 was a great price if it did what it claimed to do. I did see from your video that I was applying it incorrectly and learned something. The brush does suck! I also purchased Laura Mercier powder at Sephora yesterday for $24.00. They told me it was also great for wrinkles around the mouth area as a fill in...Comments?

I applied the setting powder when my undereye concealer dried and it creased. Do I have to apply the setting powder under my eye when the concealer is stil wet?

Amera A No. it won't flash. usually a good setting spray will fix it. If you want a good one for cheap, I use the Mario Badescu spray. it's only $5 at Ulta 😊

I have a question: you both said there was minimal creasing, but what about it showing up fine lines and wrinkles? Seems like I can't find any powder that doesn't make lines that you wouldn't normally see if I went without! Thanks also for reviewing I was so curious about this! 💗 Jet

Jet Kuhn If you want to hide some of the fine lines try using a plumping cream or a lift cream before you put your concealer on :)

Thanks Ani, that's what I do. I think it may just be a dry skin problem, as there's no fine lines when I have just concealer but soon as I put powder all these lines show up, 😡frustrating! 💗Jet

Ani I've tried everything! When I was in my 20s-30s I used to find powder that had moisturiser in it in the UK (might've been Boots brand) but at a certain point had to stop. I may possibly have had a breakthrough yesterday though! I had some ELF HD powder and used a q-tip to put a tiny bit where I usually get my makeup smearing under my eyes due to creasing. Seemed to work, no smearing and no weird little crinkly lines! Fingers crossed I can keep using it, possibly try this one since it's such a good deal! Thank you for your help! 💖Jet

I mixed it with the ELF all over setting powder so the glitter wouldn't be so intense but still enough to blur fine lines. I put 3 pots of the under eye powder to the 1 pot of all over powder. Works amazing and lasts WAY longer!

You need to use an orange colored corrector under your eyes before you apply your foundation and concealer. It works. Look at your color wheel to see which color is directly across from the color of your dark circles and get that color.
