செய்முறை
1. கடாயில் கடலை பருப்பு, உளுத்தம் பருப்பு சேர்த்து 2 நிமிடம் வறுக்கவும்.
2. பின்பு சீரகம், காய்ந்த மிளகாய் சேர்த்து வறுக்கவும்.
3. மிளகு, புளி சேர்த்து 2 நிமிடம் வறுக்கவும். பின்பு கொப்பரை தேங்காய் சேர்த்து வறுக்கவும்.
4. பின்பு எள்ளு சேர்த்து பொன்னிறமாக வறுக்கவும்.
5. பிறகு கல் உப்பு, பெருங்காயத்தூள் சேர்த்து கலந்து விடவும்.
6. நன்கு ஆறவிட்டு பொடியாக அரைக்கவும்.
7. அடுத்து கடாயில் எண்ணெய் ஊற்றி அதில் கடலை பருப்பு, உளுத்தம் பருப்பு, வேர்க்கடலை, முந்திரி பருப்பு சேர்த்து வறுக்கவும்.
8. பின்பு கடுகு காய்ந்த மிளகாய், கறிவேப்பிலை சேர்த்து வறுக்கவும்.
9. பிறகு வேகவைத்த சாதத்தை சேர்த்து கலந்துவிடவும்.
10. பின்பு எள்ளு பொடி சேர்த்து கலந்து கடைசியாக நெய் சேர்த்து கலந்து இறக்கவும்.
11. எள்ளு சாதம் தயார்.
Sesame Rice is a tasty rice recipe which can be made in a few minutes. For this flavored rice, we first need to prepare a sesame powder which adds all the taste to the rice. This powder is easy to make. You can make it and store it for more than a week but preparing the sesame powder freshly whenever you want gives you a better taste. I have used freshly cooked regular rice in this recipe but you can also use leftover regular rice or basmati rice if you want. This is a great lunchbox recipe too.
