Wow. This is so cool. I’m glad people close to me are doing their part to grow nutrient dense food by restoring their top soil. They say we only have 64 harvests left until we have depleted all oue topsoil. It was at like 5% three years ago. Buckwheat pancakes & aliens is how I found ur company. Very cool 🆒
