When TAKA gets praised, it makes me as happy as if it were me, and I want to know all the specifics of how you explain things. This video is a great English learning material for me. Taka actually does play a little bit of drums. If you watch some of their concert behind the scenes videos, there's sometimes footage of him just fooling around on Tomoya's drums. Looking forward to next week's reactions! Wonder if you did the MV or orchestra or regular live version of SOFI. Tomoya's drum ver of "Taking Off" is awesome. I wish they would do another video like that. Tomoya is just so fun to watch. Have you guys watched the OOR documentary on Netflix yet? If not, you should try to watch it before you go to their concert just help familiarize yourself with the guys on a more personal level.

The performance of We Are was of significant importance as the age of majority was dropped from 20 to 18 making many of these young people adults (though a partial change to the voting age had been made two years earlier). It is why there was so much emotion on show and the importance of Taka’s words. Other groups were also involved in 18Fest.

Taka is a great teacher too. I just watched a clip on instagram where he instructs a younger singer during recording. He is so patient and soft spoken while detailing to the singer how best to perform the lines.

You guys haven't reacted "完全感覚 Dreamer" yet. It's a song that is often played live, so you'd better to check it before the concert. The song is usually played at the end of a concert or as an encore. "完全感覚 Dreamer" PV - official LIVE - Mighty Long Fall tour 　　or Eye of Stome tour PV "完全在宅 Dreamer" official Self-parody song during the coronavirus pandemic in 2020. "完全感覚(kanzen kankaku)" means "Complete Awareness". They changed the lyrics "完全感覚" to "完全在宅(kanzen zaitaku)" that means "Complete Staying home". It's so fun to watch!

I call their concerts the OOR Fan Workout program. They could market themselves as a rock band of fitness instructors, with the amount of jumping, waving, etc. Taka encourages. I had the privilege of seeing them in Seattle on their Eye of the Storm tour. So awesome. Love these guys.

The 18-festival is held in Japan every year and there are different bands doing the same thing. They gather the feelings, thoughts, fears and hopes of youngsters from all over the country and write a song from all that material and then invite 1000 of them to participate in the live show that are broadcast on national TV. It is great and I've watched several of these shows and you can feel the emotions! If you want to react to more of these, check out the ones with "Radwimps" (who actually did two songs) and "Bump of Chicken". Great songs and great feelings. Peace Out!

Here is one from the USA for Reaction Wednesday. My number 1 will always be Karen Carpenter. She was taken from us too soon, BUT there is now a chance to get something from a vocalist who is, in my opinion, 98% as good as Karen. She is a 21 year old trainee sound technician called Tori Holub and she is working with a High School music teacher called James Wilkis.
