The band actually has a lot of anthemic songs, and OOR fans are really into all songs at the concert. They really know how to put on a show🔥

OOR is nothing but anthem songs. They are the kings of crowd control and all the feelings. They love their fan base. They have 10 albums and at least half of each album is a songs that the 5th member of the band (fans) sing along. The song was written for when Japan voting age when down to 18. This is a kinda tame performance. Taka was sick. The concert delayed almost an hour. Some of their anthem songs are Take what you want Waisted nights Stand out fit in Might long fall One by one Clock strikes One way ticket Renegades When they turn the light on Good goodbye Ending story?? Lier Let me let you go. These are just a few there are so much. Thank you for your reaction ❤

Believe it or not, most their songs are anthemic fan favorites. they even said on multiple interviews that the hardest thing about any world tour they do, is picking the setlist from their 10 studio albums. for some of their heavier stuff, please check out ONE OK ROCK - 3xxxv5 Take Me To The Top LIVE specifically the one with green haired Taka(vocalist)

Nope, they have many other anthem songs, like "Renegades", "The Beginning", "I Was King", "Wasted Nights", or "Mighty Long Fall". They have been pumping out bangers since 2005 and they the lyrics always hit the feels like a truck! If you can, I highly recommend you watch more of their live performances and you can pick them at random, if you want!

They dedicated this song to the 18-year-olds and every fan knows the story behind it. And this is the last song of this concert. So you’re right about so many things😂

The performance and production were close to perfect for what this song is supposed to be. I would add that the filming of the performance was spot on and adds another degree of emotion, usually reserved for in person concert goers.

Hi Dave🥰 Please don't judge them for the missing stage acting Japanese culture is so much different to us. In a million ways... So there's only one thing to do with something like that. Close your eyes!. And just enjoy. And maybe you remember? When we were young. Feeling like more than 30 ago. When we all listen to hair metal and classic rock. Is it really that different to this era? I think so Feeling young again is a. VERY VERY good feeling, isn't it? We are... Again! And I give it a 9.183!!! ^^

OOR (the name of which comes from their weekend practice time "one o'clock" (AM not PM), settling on One Ok Rock since the JP language has no distinction between Ls and Rs) has lots of songs that are similar to this one in terms of call to action and that the crowd sometimes sings along to, with one that immediately comes to my mind being I Was King. In terms of anthemic/call to action songs this is definitely more laid-back and simple, but like you've always said simple can be effective when done properly, which is the case here. This song (which while not being one of my favorites is still solid nonetheless) comes from their 7th album Ambitions, and since their 6th album 35xxxv have released 2 versions of their albums, one for JP and one for International (the latter has the same songs but sung fully in English rather than a mix of JP and ENG). You mentioned P.O.D. as a possible influence with the chant "We are we are", and while I can't confirm they were one they did have other western bands they were influenced by such as Linkin Park, Foo Fighters and Good Charlotte. In terms of my history I first discovered them through their song Naihi Shinso after it was used in a fan-made Naruto Shippuden OP, and after that listened to more of their songs. I don't like all their songs but overall I do enjoy them. As for their current lineup it's as followed (courtesy of Wikipedia): Takahiro "Taka" Moriuchi (森内 貴寬, Moriuchi Takahiro) - lead vocals (2005-present), additional guitars (2009-present) Toru Yamashita (山下 亨, Yamashita Tōru) - lead guitar (2009-present), rhythm guitar, vocals (2005-present) Ryota Kohama (小浜 良太, Kohama Ryōta) - bass guitar, backing vocals (2005-present) Tomoya "Tomo" Kanki (神吉 智也, Kanki Tomoya) - drums, percussion, backing vocals (2006-present)

"Anthemic song": starts thinking about Renegades, Delusion: all, Riot, Deeper Deeper, Make It Out Alive, etc....lol. One of the things about OOR is that they're masters of the hook. Almost every song will have a refrain that encourages the crowd to join. I love how you seemed almost surprised by how much you liked them.

Most of their songs are anthem songs😅, that is why they had a hard time making the setlist. We fans also had a difficulty picking our favorites actually.

Taka got some lungs on him that's for sure. As other people have already said, a lot of their songs have the anthemic feel you talked about so I think you'll like these guys if people keep requesting them.
If not mistaken I also requested you to react to the song some time ago.

I'm not a fan of theirs, but they're one of the bands that are trying out overseas from their home country, so I was curious to see your reaction. Thank you to everyone who voted for them and for responding to this band. I don't know if there will be a sequel, but I'm looking forward to it.
