Nice! Seems like there's more Bimmers in US junk yards than there are here in the UK! I'm about to start ripping the manual transmission out of my old 323i to put in my 325i Auto. Wish me luck, anything horrific I should prepare myself for? I've been told it's mostly just grunt work. Did you get the performance gains you expected?

lol. you would not believe the amount of e36's coming through! We get an alert almost weekly of new ones coming into the yard. Its crazy and all we can think of how many awesome ones we probably missed. We're definitely rooting for you on your swap. I dont think there will be many surprises for you. I still feel the hardest part was routing the hard line from the footwell. Feel free to hit us up on our twitter or facebook if you run into any issues! Regarding the power. for us it was a given since our auto was going and slipping bad. You will love the gains, not sure is you'll be swapping out the diff for an LSD.
