E36 EBRAKE EXTENTION! CAGE COMPLETION, PLUGS, AND SHE IS READY FOR MADNESS!!!!

Today we finish up the first round of mods to the E36 compact. E Brake extension, plugs, cage painted and interior reinstated, belts, and more. All thats left is the ZF swap, clutch, flywheel, and an oil change! Then off to Parc to test this thing out! Getting pretty stoked!

You probably already know, but just in case, the little plastic slider clips that are often all that is needed to fix those windows are available on RockAuto for a buck and a half or something. Also, with the button pushed in you can throw a self tapper in the side of the bottom of the handle to hold the ratcheting pall out of the way. The way you did it seems to work though!

You could soak a microfiber in paint, wrap it around the cage at the front, and just drag it up. Sort of like a paint brush

DUUUUDEE I love the car, so i have been in love with the ti chassis for a long time, i had been driving an m52b28 coupe and wanted something better. So i have my hatch now, and im in a bind, the s52 is such an easy swap, and the payoff is pretty good. But the weight balance, and everyone else has already done it (typically thats because its the right thing to do). What are your opinions on an ls, 1uz, or a vq35 or 37 swap? The engines are better for weight balance and it would be something different. i really like the sound of a vq37ti but i might be in way over my head. Also, sup neighbor! I'm in Hazel dell
