Can I buy just free play delete spring plates, without clushpack from racing diffs? My m3 goes sideways always, ... i believe my clushpack very good. I do have anoying clunk and right axle play. Will 2 side bearings and small spring plate disk be enough to make my diff quiet?

If you are opening it up, you might as well replace everything. On your specific question, their kit is meant to work all together, and there are basically 2 preload shims, one on the side/spider gears (can be installed selarately, but don't think they sell it separately), and one on the other side on top of the clutch pack. Their clutchpack is different thickness from stock, so the bigger preload shim is meant to work with their clutch pack.

What about if I don’t use the shim on top of the clutches ?

Then you just close the lid. But if you are using their clutch kit, you need the shim, since their clutch pack is different thickness than stock and meant to work with the preload shim. The preload shim/washer on the spider/side gear can be done separately, if desired.
