Hi Shah. To be honest after 20k miles I’ve had zero issues and they still work as well as the day they were fitted. I was planning to take them apart to clean and inspect and maybe make a video soon. I know people who run them regular at the ring in some very quick cars but other just go with the stigma that they aren’t AP or Alcon therefore they aren’t good.

You should buy bmw performance 6 pot yellow brembo kit with 345 Zimmerman drilled floating discs with aloy hub and ebc redstuff pads, brake lines and adapters all brand new, plug and play, for 1500 euros. Great car by the way. Best M3 and the colour is awesome. Bavarian perfection from Munchen.

@thedownshiftchannel7 жыл бұрын
Will Mulder sorry for the late reply didn't get a notification! The brakes aren't all that bad on the m3 they just get hot with excessive use and are pretty expensive to replace so it was now or never! These are very sharp it took some getting used to! The pads are a little dusty and noisy but very good so far! If yours are bad on the 330 try a fluid change for some good stuff and some decent pads with braided hoses it can make a huge difference
@WillMulder7 жыл бұрын
No worries dude :) yeah that's fair enough, good reason to upgrade! Yeah I did a fluid change just with the stuff in the pressure bleeder at work, maybe I need to do it manually with some aftermarket fluid. I do give the old girl some serious shit so yeah I think you're right braided hoses might be just the ticket

Putting Chinese brakes on a German motor doesnt seem right somehow.
@thedownshiftchannel6 жыл бұрын
They are tried and tested and work really well. They are engineered in the US and produced in Taiwan not China and are used in some race series such as EDC and time attack. Not really one to care about where a product is made if it works. Granted AP would be better but 3 times the price and not totally necessary in my case
