I didn't realize just changing from 93 to e would require a complete software change. Should be as simple as changing fuel type, then the holley system would automatically compensate the whole fuel table. Thanks for sharing.

Man so much good info in this video but you talkin and going through the Holly system is completely off in the video would you be able to do another one. I read through comments and no one mentions it I tried restarting the video to see if it was something on my end but no. It starts at 12:00 in video

@@greenshortsperformance472 oh it was fine starting off at making adjustments for E85 then switching your tune back to gasoline the problem is at 12 minutes in the video it pauses and goes out of sync. I definitely subscribed you were in my recommended videos to watch and of course I watched this video and checked out your other videos and I'm liking all of the Holley content

@@greenshortsperformance472 I get how to set up for E85 the only thing that I get lost at in Excel enrichment should I be changing all of the tables by 1.5 like the AE vs TPS tables and AE vs MAP and in startup enrichment should I be changing just the cranking fuel by 1.5

@@95turbostang21 if going from gas to E85 you need more fuel so you’d multiply by 1.5, if you are going from E85 to gas you need less so you’d divide by 1.5

Why not just stay in the gas scale? Most tuners do that’s why I ask.

You totally can as long as you understand what’s going on. I personally use VE a lot for understanding how well the engine Is performing and that will be skewed. Either way accel enrichment needs adjustment but your closed loop percentage will also not really be correct because that fuel table is off In my opinion telling the ecu the most correct info you can is the best choice. Then the compounding errors are reduced I also come from the stock ecu world where you I constantly lie to the ecu to get what you want. That becomes an absolute nightmare to deduce what the last guy before you was thinking. So is the same way in a gas scale tune that someone lied to the ecu to achieve an AFR they deemed correct. That’s just not the way I do it. I prefer good data in and expect good data out.

@@greenshortsperformance472 I wasn’t too sure that the ve table actually changed when you used the ethanol scale. I assumed it should but no one touched on that. I know other software like linkecu does. But not actually ever changing the scale in Holley I never seen it done. Thanks for the response and you have some awesome content.
