The method used in this video for servicing power steering fluid is bleeding at the return line hose of the power steering hydraulic system. Raising the front wheels can make the work easier when turning the steering wheel. Starting the engine is not required so this method is safer. The return line hose on the power steering fluid reservoir has to be disconnected. Return fluid will be bled and collected with a catch container or suction tool. The return port on the reservoir has to be plugged to maintain fluid level. Turning the steering wheel will pump out the remaining fluid in the system. Add in new fluid while bleeding the old fluid. Avoid air getting into the system. Also avoid over-filling the reservoir.
