Would a bootleg version work under Steam OS? It seems that 45 Ultra is the best compromise here.

Hey. I don't know how the bootleg version works. EA Sports FC doesn't work under SteamOS because of the EA Anti Cheat. So if that is removed in your bootleg version, it should theoretically work. Hey. Did you set the UMA Frame Buffer Size to 4GB in the Bios? Maybe that can help you.

I just changed the graphics in the settings. Did you set your uma frame buffer size to 4gb in the bios? Maybe that'll help with the stutter.

I bought it directly in the EA Play App. I don't know if it is the same when you buy it through steam, but either way it should work when you have windows installed on your deck.

Hey. There should be an offline mode, but from what I've read, its very buggy and doesn't work most of the times. So an internet connection would be good.

FC 24 worked fine for me but FC 25 has a bug that has been reported by EA regarding virtual controllers ​@@amy.in.amsterdam

No, EA Anti Cheat prevents you to play the game under SteamOS. You have to install Windows on your Steam Deck to be able to play it.
