Iowa, osu, Oregon, Utah have not won a title ever. FSU had 3 rebuilding seasons with coaching and as a result there record was not great. I’d argue on Florida’s behalf too that they deserve tier 1 aswell as they are always good. They should pay based on how many people use each team. So the front runners would be Alabama and Georgia and some other huge fan bases. How many Utah fans are going to be playing as them? Not a lot

Nebraska was a force to be reckoned with in the 80’s. I wasn’t around for it, but as a Buckeye I will say that was a crazy time to be a Husker. They had a good year last season as well. Let’s see how they do this year, they are one of those teams that seems so close to being an elite team year after year and just lose a lot of games because they make mistakes in the 2nd half. It’s like being a Bengals or a Browns fan. They’ve worked hard year after year and you can’t help but feel for their fans and hope they have some measure of success.

As a Florida State fan is actually understandable. From 2017 until 2021 Florida state just wasn’t good and if we’re going off of a 10 year ratio FSU not finishing tier 2 just makes sense. If we’re going off of 10 years, Florida State is good and 2014-2016 and they are good and 2022-2024 If Florida State did not completely completely crumbling 2017 I think we could be potentially looking at a tier one program. I think there should be more to classify the tear of a program such as recruiting ranking and bowl performance, but that’s really it
