I was very fortunate that the used bike I bought had tons of light upgrades already done.

This is gonna be a windy one but I feel like I need to be accurate and detailed so here goes: A couple of years ago I purchased the Kuryakyn by Kellerman mini LED Atto(mini bullets) turn signals for the rear of our '05 Harley-Davidson Dyna Wide Glide. They mount with a 5mm male thread and I had a hard time finding a way that I liked to mount them. Kuryakyn has some mounting options but they're like $17 per piece depending on which style you need or want. Anyway, when they arrived I was worried because they are so small, the glass lens isn't much bigger around than a pencil eraser, and they were about $68 apiece at that time. Somehow they got put in a box and I couldn't find them until about a month ago after we moved, I found them deep down in a box with a bunch of other parts. I ended up making my own mounts using stainless steel vape drip tips and connecting them to M10 stainless hollow bolts. I drilled and threaded the ends of the drip tips to accept the turn signals and this way I could run the tiny 3 wires through them and into the inside of the fender where the wiring routed just like the stock turn signals. After I got them wired up and working I was blown away at how bright these things are. None of the videos that I've seen, including mine, even come close to showing how bright they really are, I saw white spots for about 30 seconds after I came into the house after looking at them. These are red/red turn signals, red running and red turn. The thing that disappointed me is that Kuryakyn from what I've been able to find out doesn't make these for the front in a clear run/amber turn style, they do make either or but not a front run/turn combo. Eagle lights on the other hand make a similar style mini bullet LED front run/turn signal but I'm not sure how bright they are compared to the Kuryakyn and I'm also concerned with since they are so small would a clear running beam be too small compared to the larger wafer style run/turn inserts? I don't know but I've heard from a couple people that the run/turn wafer style inserts really help boost the ability to see the road at night but I'm curious how the mini bullets would perform, I'm scratching my head with this one. If you ever get a chance to check the Kuryakyn by Kellerman mini atto LED turn signals out give it a shot, they're truly amazing and/or the Eagle Lights mini bullet front run/turn signals. It would be interesting to see what they can do. 👍

The brightness of the insanely expensive Custom Dynamics LEDs are slightly brighter. Not bright enough to warrant the price though.

Hey Joe. Nice work! I have Eagle front turns on my 2021 Roadglide Limited but they are the kind that don’t have a pigtail. They quarter turn install just like a bulb but it is a flat wafer LED like the Gen 2. I have had them now for 6 months and 4500 miles and they work great! Very bright.

@@JoeGoeMotorcycleAdventures the price point is what caused me to try them. I also have their rear LED brake light that strobes 3 times before it comes on solid. I have two other LED light products on my bike which are Custom Dynamics. I like both products but the Eagles are priced great!

Signal lights are incandescent. Halogens are just for headlights
