there's no way he can get back to the 2017 form in any case, because it was predicated on his athleticism helping him make 3rd-down conversions. especially after the back injury that's not a possibility.
@SidelineSteve3 жыл бұрын
Hard to be an L because options for a possible high-end QB were v limited for them. Dak won’t hit the market, if they do that’d be a huge move. Watson won’t go inner division, so they were looking at like Wentz/Winston/Fitzpatrick lol
@lafan48013 жыл бұрын
wentz is probably an L but its worth a shot for a 2 and a 3 pic. They spent 45+m last year in QB money so this trade is still $ positive at the position. If they pull off a great off-season then they could win division. Ballard is not gonna overpay anyone.

I would also say that he has a great running game and decent receivers. We need to resign TY and get a couple of receivers and add some depth on the D. I always stick with my Colts no matter what. I never want to go back to the days where the halftime frisbee dogs were the highlight of the games.

Colts should let TY walk and try and grab Watkins and another solid backup WR and then maybe go grab a solid corner or edge rusher

Super talented and doesn't want to put the work in. After Colin said that I suddenly realized who Big Ben is. He's the Charles Barkley of the NFL. He would be ringless too if his team didn't step up. He wasn't that great in his Super Bowls he won.

Yes it was a good move by the Colts because they didn't really have to give up a lot. However can Carson stay healthy ? He hasn't proven that he could. Just because a team goes 11-5 one season doesn't mean your gonna go 12-4 the next. We don't know what Stafford has left ? Every year is different because you win this year doesn't guarantee you the next. On paper a lot of things look good.

Are we really sure Carson is an upgrade over Rivers? I'm not convinced. Obviously, they didn't have to give up much, but I think everyone knows they would have preferred to have Rivers one more year
