I had every insecurity mentioned in this video. But a few years back I started my journey of self development with the ad of Alux and now I can confidently say that I now longer struggle with any of theses social dilemma’s. I agree but I think the whole point of the video is to help people to get ahead. It isn’t fair that people assume you are stupid if you have no social skills developing them can really give people an edge. I remember hiring a young man who was super odd in the interview but it was a panel and I had to strongly argue the case. I had him mentored because he was great at his core job but I couldn’t let him loose on clients

And one thing for sure is that every person that looks down on others is very insecure in themselves. Confident people lift and mentor others. They dont look down on anyone. They can identify a person's struggles and offer to help or atleast not add more damage to this person. Insecure people are the ones that find comfort in putting others down in order to hide their own flaws. Never succum to the behaviours of such people. Take the time to work on yourself but do it for you. Not in fear of such people they are not worth your effort. If anything avoid them s much as you can beacause we all struggle and hut glitches in life sometimes and what we need is kindness not judgment in those moments.

Well, the reasons given here for people looking down on someone are shallow.There's no reason to proof anything to anyone.You're not obliged to present yourself to anyone to impress them. The only exception to the rule is a job interview.But even here, you're preselected.Otherwise, you wouldn't have been invited. Furthermore, who you are what you do is ( before proven otherwise) nobody's business.It's wise not to pay too much attention to other people. They're for the most part interested in themselves and don't care much about you. Looking down on someone is a stupid behaviour.
