@@nunyabidness6820 buy a very good Italian cook book and learn to cook Mediterranean. Read and watch travel video on Italy and med area Put into practice the lifestyle you want to have. We have traveled to Europe many times and always try to set aside time just to walk around the local community and markets to see how they live. Get off the beaten path! Force yourself to stay at the dinner table an hour and a half and just talk. Go to a good food market and buy something new to try. Buy cheese and fruit for desert. Check out books on traveling from the library.

I discovered La Dolce Vita when I found myself living on the Med in Spain. To smell that air, taste the fresh seafood, enjoy wine and music with the locals, to discover new places, and attempt to speak the language (Languages are not my forte, but I loved trying to do it!)...then to find out from my DNA I'm 44% from the Iberian Peninsula (Spain/Portugal)....no wonder I love it!!
