These are very valuable info for anybody who wants to get rich. Unfortunately, most people who will watch this video will not really be able to apply the principles. We may not want to admit, but as Warren Buffett once said, investing is like any other profession-- it requires a certain level of expertise. No surprise that some people are losing a lot of money in the bear market, while others are making hundreds of thousands in profit. I just don't know how they do it. I have about $109k now to put in the market.

true, A lot of folks downplay the role of advisors until being burnt by their own emotions. Some ideas here are just terrible, e.g. athlete - one athlete per tens or hundreds of thousands makes career enough for decent lifestyle, bad genetics or a single injury, cold just at day of competition, unluck, ... can ruin whole effort. Things like entertainement, podcast, course creation, internet content creation - same issue, too much competition already, you can be successful only if you somehow find a niche. ETFs - are you kidding?, just do the math, average 6% per year from a S&P ETF won't make anybody rich. Theoretically you can if you start putting portions of salary at e.g. 18 and end at e.g. 70, but how can a 70-year-old be happy with his riches when health at that age is the biggest problem?
