This week is all about NATURE as we head for Spain's north coast and relish in the ocean and great outdoors :). It's also all about finding and establishing a healthy routine and balance of work/social media and time offline while we travel in our self-converted van around Europe. Do you think you're addicted to social media?!
With only 60 sq ft our tiny house on wheels gives us the chance to experience van life in the city AND out in nature. And while most vanlifers are all about "natttuuurrreeee man" and escaping the everyday hustle and bustle, Eamon & I have always been drawn to urban life too. While we never miss a chance to live in a van in a new city, it doesn't take long before we too escape to nature!

What tips can I give you??? Im here on my phone on yt watching vanlife and travel videos. I dont even wanna see how much time a day I can spend on phone. But as an excuse...I never miss hanging with friends, going on a beach, going on a hike...just to be on a phone. When I can go somewhere, I go and I dont use phone....only for photos

I have just spent my first night in Big Red (the name I’ve given my van). You inspired this and so far, Ria is willing to give it a try. I am slightly overweight and another thing you guys inspired is an exercise regime. I’m not up to running a 5k, but I have just walked one. You continue to inspire. Thank you. Totally love you guys. I haven’t forgotten about Gibraltar. Just working out some work stuff.
