Fez is pissed after he was provided the wrong information about a guest. Then the excuses start to fly. Consequently, now Ron is pissed too. Dave was in the clear but couldn’t help himself, much to Ron’s chagrin.

And yet, he still works with Ron to this day. Never made any sense to me. There is no way Earl is as bad as they claim. That's the only way it makes any sense to me but there is a lot of evidence, from other stations, Hard Rock Johnny and a few others that back the idea he is terrible.

It’s great how Ron is so intelligent …the eternal 12yr. olds, Dave and Earl, got over on their moms for decades with these weak excuses and explanations …but Ron wasn’t buying it 😄

its always been interesting to me, who Ron chose to surround himself with. We will never know the "why" because I'm quite sure Ron will die without having ever provided so much as an ounce of insight but I prefer to think its more compassion and less ego.
