Go listen to the old episodes, fez was so witty and full of life, Ron would have never traded that for some beaten version of fez, but he had to make the best with what he had, Sure there were bits that leaned into fez’s insanity but that was because he was actually insane and incapable of being funny now. After fez died, Ron tried to rewrite history a bit to make fez look less crazy but the man didn’t have multiple heart attacks from stress and die a kiss less virgin as a bit lmao

Like all good bits, a little bit of both. Poor Earl never really fully grasped the show and that's why he got caught up in these resignation attempts, he had trouble figuring out if what Ron & Fez was saying on-air was a work or a shoot.

I laughed really hard when he thought he should keep his pay and says he earned it! Also that woman never existed and he said it was a 2 1/2 day trip and then said he didn’t see her on the 4th night. What an absolute pathological lying fool. Almost unlistenable but I love the smashing he takes.

Hearing Chris on the Bennington show really annoys me. Ron has always surrounded himself with sycophants, but Chris is the worst. He must be exhausted at the end of the show with his forced, wheezy laughs at anything Ron says.

Cancel culture existed it just wasn’t as constantly broadcasted. The FCC came around this time with all their fines. I’d wager that was the beginning. But I am nostalgic for this era.
