So excited to find your channel! I made a similar cake last year for a friend’s birthday but I can’t seem to find an exact recipe I can follow on ytb. I had to use an earl grey sponge cake recipe and the filling of my favourite lemon tart recipe for this. I only chilled the creamed cake for 30mins in the fridge so the top smudged pretty badly when I spread the curd. Would definitely make this cake again with your recipe!!
