Earl seems to have tendencies that are similar Jimi Hendrix. Jimi was the kind of person that wanted people to just chill and LISTEN to what he was singing, saying, and playing. He wasn't a huge fan of people screaming and acting up during songs. I can tell Earl really wants his audience to just listen and enjoy during certain songs, but people wanna go to a concert to turn up as much as possible. I hope that doesn't change Earl. Artistically, he's a very sophisticated rapper.

What did earl expect? You're a product of a wild group called ODD FUTURE, with wild fans. You should know (at least by now) stuff like this is bound to happen at your shows.
@tthoppin88969 жыл бұрын
comment monstor Thats true, but just because he's the product of something like that EARL IS AN ARTIST, he made this song from the heart; and deep shit like this aint nothing you suppose to be gooning on- that happy go lucky nigga didn't listen to the lyrics! He just feed of the image of what Odd future is. They talk about real shit under all that hype, and that's why he felt like he had to address him the way he did. LOL goofy!
@matthewnunyabusiness50859 жыл бұрын
Hope you guys knows that Earl isn't a part of OF anymore :T
@SbMick9 жыл бұрын
Ok, let me clear this up since there are like a 100 comments wonder how people could crowd surf to this song. When he performed this song, "I Don't Like Shit" had not yet been released. This song itself had only been out for like 3-4 days He went from his hype material directly into this song, so people were still in that 'turn up' mood and had no idea that this song didn't have that vibe.

tobey1966 GLOku All OF is just the greater collective of artists. I see what you're saying, this is very much Earl doing his own thing but if you listen to the album, especially Wool, you'll see he still very much identifies with OF this is kinda an album I think he had to do for himself.

@JKMxJKM9 жыл бұрын
Yeah I see what your saying
@disappearingsquirrel9 жыл бұрын
mr. golfwang actually dude Wool was the first song in the album that he sat down and wrote. And in an interview he did say that the intention of that song was to be funny in a way that OF fans might recognize. However he said that after he finished that song the rest of the album wasn't funny like that first song, the rest of the album was just a true display of how he's been feeling and what he's been dealing with. This album is as far from OF as you can get and if you had listened to all of the songs off of the album you might have figured that out for yourself before saying that one song represented the whole thing.

It’s almost as if this was the very moment he said to himself “they don’t even get it, what’s the point, they don’t deserve this.” Watch his eyes wander, at times, he bursts into anger, in between those times, his eyes wander, disgusted with an audience that doesn’t understand what he’s trying to do….. And to the person with the explaination about him going from hype to this….. I can tell you right now, anyone who truly understands this dude,would’ve stopped dead In their tracks and would’ve been dead silent for this one ……
