Great EDC bag and contents, Carl! I wish all drivers added survival thinking to safety. You never know when a mechanical breakdown will happen and if you are not prepared for it, you and loved ones could end up suffering...possibly dying. A little dramatic but as a retired paramedic I have responded to tragic incidents. It takes so little effort to prepare an emergency bag with items that could save your life. Hopefully, you will never need it. Whenever my wife and I took off on long trips we always made sure our emergency bag was in the vehicle which included extra layers of clothing, extra water, water purification system, and other survival items.

If you’re wanting easier access for trauma/first-aid, checkout the condor EMT Lite rip-away pouch. Small, but big enough for certain tourniquets, cellox, compresses gauze, gloves, Israeli bandage, etc. Fast access and should fit well on the side of the pack. Another option is the LAPOLICE GEAR medical pouch. Easy access and slightly slimmer. Good video, keep it up.
