It all comes down to Mother bonding with baby immediately placed on chest from womb. Unfortunately not all mothers have motherly instinct and we have alot of adults including me suffered trauma due to neglect and abandonment but I broke that cycle when I had my own kids 😊.

My version: only have a child if you want to, have enough money saved to last at least a year, have strong social support like a partner, family and friends, and are mentally and physically prepared to handle all the possible challenges because the rest is easy and fun. If you are pregnant, be gentle with yourself and prepare for the delivery by having prenatal massages, eating well according to at least one nutritionist, and exercise by walking (not running). Prepare baby's first year with an equipped room and a planned diet.

The 5th tip resonates so well. Children are very good impersonator. They don't just do what you say, they do what you do. Thanks for sharing this video .

I have struggled to do all these things as a parent. I am too selfish 😞. This makes me so sad. I hope my son is going to be ok.
