What a blessing you are! Just bought your book so I have something to reference back to when I forget what you just said😂. I am 42 and have become dysfunctional without replacement hormones but I don’t understand them and want to make sure I am making the most of them! I have 3 kids to raise and have to remain their somewhat normal mother!!!

Today is the first day in my life that after working out and having a full day of work, I wasn't able to sleep at all. It felt as if my brain can't stop thinking about different mundane things (not even concerning). For the 1st time in my life, I don't have a period 2 months in a row and the 3rd month came extremely light. It has been lightening up for a while now. I've been observing the changes and studying to prepare for what is coming. I'm certain that I'll replace my hormones since I saw how miserable my mother was because she refused the treatment. For that reason, she makes everyone around miserable. She didn't notice because she was so focused on her symptoms. All the prayers never did the trick. I'm 48 and proudly can say that I look around 10 years younger (based on people's opinions). Is time to face this period of my life educated and looking to live thriving and with good mood.

Hi, thank you for this very informative video.I had early menopause at the age of 40. Is it too late to start Estrogen therapy?. I have recently been diagnosed with mild osteoporosis, high cholesterol and have been suffering from IBS-D for a few years. Also if I start Estrogen therapy will it help with the diseases that I am suffering from? I am currently 54 years. I also have an immune disorder - Ankylosing Spondylitis. Thank you.
