You mentioned how low body fat can also affect hormones, what kind of exercise would you suggest for someone who is on the thinner side but would still like to be active. I like running, but I know a lot of cardio might promote weight loss.

Hi Heather! I’m currently breastfeeding too! The biggest indicator that you are ovulating again will be getting your period back- this can be so different for everyone. I have a friend who got hers back after 6 weeks while breastfeeding, I got mine back after a year and a half (she’s now two), and I have another friend who quit breastfeeding at 3 years old and she didn’t have her period for those entire three years!! It’s kind of just a waiting game- you don’t want to do anything crazy right now that might affect your breast milk. There’s also the possibility of getting pregnant before you get your first period (that first ovulation could really come at any time!), but the chances are likely that if you’re not yet getting your period then you are not yet ovulating.

After investigation, I’ve learned I ovulate early 36 and have trouble getting pregnant. I really want to be a mother. Who can help me? I’m losing hope :(
