Early Tesla Model S (2013) Charges at a CCS2 Station with 2 Adapters

Very early Tesla Model S (2012-2013) cannot get a CCS retrofit. Until recently they could be charged only at the V2 Supercharger (Type 2 DC) or via the CHAdeMO to Tesla adapter (at CHAdeMO stations). Now that the CCS2-CHAdeMO adapter is available early Model S owners can combine the two adapters and utilize CCS2 chargers as well.
