For the rails I saw this on a Steam post. There is a "recipe to make them, but getting it is random. Your best bet are the red containers, as they have the best chance. The locations are as follow. 3 Underground service area. 2+1 In Nuclear Waste area. 1 Near underground Spa area. 1 In the metro Entrance 1 In both Mining Claim areas 1 Right as you enter the mines with the elevator at the first time"

Rails are commonly found in the mines, either in the trash, or in the many, many lootbags you'll find dotted around.

In particular in the red double chests. Always check them, both sides. They have a few day refresh. I've gotten so many rails from them that I'm vendoring them at this point -.-

With the gate, you have to talk to the guy first, then get the code, then type it in, pull the lever, and then talk to him again. He'll thank you, and then you get some more visions.

You know, owning a washingmachine is nice, but you'll want to impress people, so I would recommend getting the industrial version. Until then, there are some VERY nice people living in Kolhola A10, A11, and A22, who are totally okay with you using theirs while you rob them and their neighbours of stuff and dishwasher powder. Very nice people indeed! Also the industrial version has 3 slots and a higher chance of cleaning the item, so it's well worth it. Just imagine how impressed they'll be! Also, their inventory doesn't reset, so it's a nice place to store loot between heists if you don't have the space. Also, the same goes for ovens\cooking surfaces and coffeemakers - neither of them will reset.

The higher tier subterranian (ie underground/basement) upgrades are now sold by the OS Mining Services guy (the same guy who upgrades the mine access). It kinda makes sense - they also cost dynamite now. Also: The tier 3 tenement mine upgrade unlocks a shorter route to the Service Hub. You still need to clear the route with dynamite, but it goes straight there instead of winding through the Erikson claim. There's also *NO SPEED CAMERA* on it :D

Drawing board gives you random blueprints, they are either crude, improved or detailed blueprints. but you need a recipe for each blueprint type before you can start making them, i think you have the crude one.

Photocopier can't print money, you need the printing press in Deekula A not tenement A. Some of the max skill achievements were bugged at launch. Need to lower them in console or save edit then regrind. You will get scam invoices and eventually learn to make your own in the mail. Easy money but will get crime stat for it.

Tbh, I don't think the electrical stuff is worth it. I bought it, used it twice, and didn't really use it again. Smelters are awesome though.

Using the mini-workstation for electronics is pretty garbage. It has such a low efficiency and is locked to 1 recipe at a time. The big workstation has > 100% efficiency and can do 3 recipes at a time. It's quite good for producing components for upgrades. Not so good for making money.
