should do a video on marcus blaze

Marcus Blaze is really basic. It'll be hard to do this style of video on him. There's nothing particular that he does. Just super defensively sound. Similar to Nick Suriano

@@earnyourgold I was thinkin maybe a video on his head and hands defense or along the lines of a defensive video, as that is one of the reasons he is at such a high level at such a young age.

I may try and work this in at our next practice. Myself I am a shrug by from back in the day, cause it was quicker to go from threating a duck under, to threating that slide by, and I got guys who love to dump and will basically attempt to give a underhook to try it. Yet I like combos, and that is why I have always enjoyed your videos pointing out high level wrestling combos that work well together.

david terao had a good one as well and combined it with the uchi mata. I think you might already have a video on that.

What do you think is the reason people aren't using this over the slide-by and shrug-by? Do you think an opponent with a strong grip on the inside tie makes it less effective? Is there something else that's going on?
@earnyourgold4 күн бұрын
It's the most difficult variation to learn because it's harder to get your elbow to the ceiling with the tricep grip. Also probably more difficult as higher weight classes against guys with bigger arms.I find it difficult to do to my 190+ kids

Have you ever seen anyone do an overhand shrug by? I used to hit it in highschool and think it’s pretty effective, never really seen anybody else do it thoe
