I find myself hating work at times and that doesn’t do anything for me. But if I see my job as a business partner, I can wake up and tell myself that this is temporary and the work that I’m doing is giving me the money I need to fund my dreams. Great advice

My grandmother who lived to be 102 years old always said "Take what you have and make what you want with it." She was widowed at 40 with 11 kids. The death benefit was $100. She took $20 and buried her husband on our family cemetery. . Took the other $80 and bought 80 acres that had tons of pecan trees. She started a Pecan Farm. Put her last five kids thru college via pecans.

44:55 - Leroy's LLC Structure - This is what I gathered. I hope this helps someone. I added a few things. Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. I'm still learning. LLC 1 - Acquisitions • Purchases homes • Pays bills • Builds business credit • Pays taxes • Transfers money to other LLCs (When necessary) • All other LLCs pay this one LLC - meaning rents, profits, everything goes through this one LLC 2 - Property management LLC • Tenants pay the property management LLC • Have lease in property management name • Purchase equipment through property management LLC so they can be used as tax write offs • Get personal home out of your name and have property management LLC manage it to capitalize on write offs LLC3, 4, 5….. • Create a new LLC for each property. • Will cost $100-500 a year per LLC (depending on state) but limits liabilities. If one property is involved in a lawsuit, it cannot affect other properties if they are kept separate. Here's what I'm adding if you also wholesale and or flip (None of the LLC's are real, this is just an example). I'm not an expert so again, if you use this structure, it's at your own risk. If you have suggestions, I would love to hear. 1. Get the House LLC - Acquisitions 2. Rental Homes LLC - Property management (umbrella Company) a. House 1 b. House 2 c. House 3 3. Spin Homes - Flip LLC - (Umbrella Company) Create a new LLC for each purchase and then dissolve when sold 4. Quick sale LLC - Wholesaling

You can definitely one become working at a job. The perfect job for doing it is in trucking as a company driver. That the only job where you don't need a place to live or even need a car. Imagine, if you used most that income to buy assets that make passive income and also capital gains as well? Imagine if you did it for a couple of years? This could be an opportunity for a younger person with no responsibilities starting out. Or, an older guy who is closer to retirement who didn't prepare properly. Yes, it is inconvenient but definite worth it.

I agree. Becoming a truck driver has definitely been life changing (life changing/opportunity money) for me. I wish I had started sooner.. You can definitely eliminate housing/transportation costs (Payment, Insurance, and Maintenance). This can result in a substantially increased savings rate and allow you to reach your goals sooner.
