Grab a block, the wall and 55 minutes to explore the ranges of motion in your squat. This class can be a great way to help you improve your squat and learn mobility flows to includes in your workouts to help you progressively deepen your squat.
I recommend practicing once a week for 6 weeks and along with trying to squat more in your daily life. Try squatting while gardening or to pick up children as a way to get your reps in!
