@@matroberts80 Yes I compared it to an actual EQD Life Pedal v2 and it sounds identical. Although due to LM308 supply issues, the chip used in the Life Pedal, some clones use an LM301 instead. There's tons of discussions among Rat purists about the chip, purists prefer the LM308. Modern Rats use an OP07. LM308 and LM301 sound very similar, but the LM301 has more low end to my ears (which I prefer.)

@@nicknickson3650 LM308 is looser sounding if you get a real one but honestly with gain and octave on top ... nobody can hear a difference between an op7 and an lm308 unless you A B it next to each other, you can have that difference of sound just with component tolerance so ... nobody should fuss about that. Also, those momentary swtich are really cool, you usually don't get that with a clone, if it's worth it, your call, it may for some, and not for others.

Does anyone own this pedal?? Is it worth the $300 price tag!?!? This is the best distortion pedal to come out since the Boss DS-1 Distortion in my opinion! I’ve never wanted a distortion pedal more than this! It’s a Distortion with the Soul of a Fuzz! I can’t wait to pick one up!! I wish EarthQuaker Devices still made all their Fuzz pedals…
